I believe an important issue was not covered in that article. The issue being he took money, art work and the gold out of peoples teeth that certainly didnt belong to him. Do you believe theft didnt help his cause, I do.
You might want to consult a timeline and rethink at least some of this.
Hitler worked the same way America does. Huge military empire and constant war until the house of cards collapses. And nows the cards are hitting the ground, but military spending won't stop no matter what.
It takes a special sort of ineptitude to derail the cultural destiny of an entire people.
From the 1880's - 1930's, Germany was an unparalleled source of scientific innovation in several fields. Roughly 1/3 of Nobel recipients during that time frame were German. Suppose that instead of embarking on an ruinous war, Hitler focused on a relatively sane domestic policy. What would the world look like today?
- The German flag would have been first one planted on the moon, as evidenced by their lead in jet and rocket propulsion.
- Germany would have likely be the first to harness atomic energy.
- German would be spoken by a sizeable portion of the world's population and along with English, a lingua franca of science.
The expulsion of Jewish scientists was national calamity in its own right, like if the US were to expel all workers in Silicon Valley today. When you add on the destruction from the war, it's really staggering. Germany went from an economic world leader to a second-tier player.
It's easy to put together a comprehensive plan for anything, and bring it to fruition, when you don't have to fool with such things as opposition, isn't it? When dissent can be stifled and dissenter's disappeared, lots can get done.
Like: hauling all the stone to build the ancient Egyptian and Mexican pyramids,
the Great Wall of China,
the world's tallest Hotel in North Korea,
the amazing new Chinese high-speed railway system covering the country,
the colossal 500th anniversary monument to Columbus in the Dominican Republic,
the enormous new cathedral in (?)Ivory Coast,
the giant Stalingrad war monument, as a few examples.
He also finished building the Autobahn. He gave every German free access to higher education. In fact a lot of his implemented social policies made Germany the dominant economic force in Europe it is today.
And, a lot of Germans who started special third reich savings accounts, which they were promised would go toward their new Volkswagens, instead had their accounts unfairly confiscated later, for the Nazi war effort.

War and expansion was part of his fiscal policy, it was intertwined. But, let say he didnt, then he wouldn't be Hitler, the name that is condemened in history, but simply another failed but forgotten premier, and we already provided enough support to conclude his fiscal policy was flawed in the long term.
But he did, and the thread and the OP's post was not about Germany, but about the merits of nazism and all the horror that came with it, thinly disguised. That is why it has been almost unanomously condemed by us.
And, if you view the OPs status, you will see that he will no longer be contributing to this thread or this forum and will I guess be restricted to his specialized white-power, skinhead, or neo-nazi forums. I suggest we move on.
