Born in the early 70s and I would have to pick the 80s hand down. Come on, that's easy. I was in school in those days and my only responsibilities then were to stay awake in class, the occasional house chores, eat, sleep, play Atari games, hang out with friends, perfect my break dancing moves, mischief, play ball at the local basketball courts, throw deep Nerf football bombs, skateboarding, Pac-Man at the local arcade, MTV, and be home in time to watch the Knight Rider on tv. Life was bliss then. I like the 1990s too. Who doesn't enjoy being in their 20s and being independent from their parents?

1973 here, I miss 80s, it's the last culturally unique decade. 1993, 2003, 2013 it looks about the same to me +/-. BLAND so bland.

I agree. The music that was popular in 1993 sounds basically the same as the music that was popular when I was a teenager between 2003-2009.

I was born in 73 and I hated the 80's. All I remember was reagomomics and big blocks of cheese. White flight was at a all time high. I remember being the first blacks moving in our neighborhood and literally 3 for sale signs went up the next day. 90's was cool it seemed like the younger generation had a voice and was more socially conscious

Born in 1970.In the 90s I missed the 80s,but now I'd have to say I miss the 90s more.Age 20-25 was a struggle, starting out on my own and all that, but I overcame.Being independent, having my own place, living on PB&Js and plain pasta(store brand,of course) was way better than living with my parents. At the time it didn't seem like fun.But hindsight is 20/20.Things seem to have gotten boring around 2000.Nothing after that was as exciting or fun-filled anymore.I became just another stodgy old goat working 9 to 5, wearing khakis and going to Home Depot on Saturday. But yeah,I preferred the 90s.

Born in 1979. I miss both for different reasons.

I miss the 80's because that was the decade of my childhood and everything that went along with it.

I miss the 90's because these were my pre-teen/teenage years when I came of age.

If I could go back and relive one of these decades it would probably be the 90's. So many things I would do differently.

90s for sure! The 80s were a terrible time for me. I hated Reagan, "greed is good", moral majority, the androgynous look and especially New Wave. Ugh.
I loved the grunge music scene! Clothes - not really, but still better, IMO, than 80s. My money went further than now for sure. Cheap gasoline.
I want to get on a time machine to the 90s and never come back - yeah, even if that means before the world wide web existed.

A-FRICKEN-MEN!

I can't stand the 2000s or the 2010s. Much as I hated the 80s, I'd still take them over these past 10-14 years.
