As someone who builds plastic models I have to say your work is excellent ! It's a labor of love
I build monster models as well as military vehicles and love every minute.

Thanks! There is no candy apple paint in any of my cars, my finishes are wetsanded, polished and waxed with sanding films made for the hobby. What you see on some models is the polished clear but if the paint has enough inherent gloss in it, it can also be made to shine using the same polishing methods.

Wow. You had me fooled. The finish on a couple of those look exactly like the candy apple I've seen and attempted (poorly) in 1:1 scale.

Very fine work. Are you attending the IPMS Nationals in Orlando this year?

Question open to anyone.

I am in Miami. So I can finally attend one.

I live way up north from Orlando, I am in Maryland. Too much travel for an IPMS show. I am more of an automotive modeler, I would rather attend this type of event than the IPMS kind.
