Kitchen counter bar stools (cabinets, color, furniture, house)

Where did you buy your bar stools? I see so many online but I would like to see them first. I live in Central NY, any central new yorkers out there and what would you recommend. I am buying my cabinets from Chase Supply in Syracuse. Thanks!

I buy them at auctions for bars or restaurants that are going out of business.


Then my kids break them.


Then I buy some more at an auction for a restaurant that is going out of business.


Repeat ad nauseum.

At least the economic disaster means that there is a ready supply of bar stools available at on line auctions.
