Nice work!

I'm interested in purchasing a paint sprayer myself. How much overspray is there? Meaning, does it turn the whole room into a haze?

Hey Dave, an airless doesn't have much overspray, and with the newer ) VOC paints it hardly smells. I've only used Glidden Pro with my sprayer which is a really high solids (thick) paint. If using a thin box store watered down from Home Dump, or Low's it may contribute to a finer overspray, and of course a runny job.

Got it, thanks! I was thinking of picking up either the Graco LTS17/X7 model. I have about 10 interior doors to do, and a big fence to stain in the spring. Plus a basement.

A suggestion. Over the years we have found guest rooms work best when they have two twin/single beds rather then one larger bed. Twin beds make for more flexiable sleeping arrangements.

I'd do the same. I'll work on the flooring last. Taking care of the ceiling and walls come first. Hmmm I can imagine, the room would look great with white exterior. Just an opinion.
