Wow, small world. Just built with the same builder and I’ve got a bunch of void space under my driveway and sidewalks. What was the final resolution to this?

Sounds like that builder hasn’t changed his bad habits or hasn't been held to account and has no desire to improve.

The only solution short of tearing it out is to have the soil pressure injected under those areas and it’s very expensive. It’s unfortunate the builder is able to continually get away with this❗️
