That will be an interesting twist.
Fans of the Oculus / Meta Quest 2 will relate.

Definitely ain't recommending VR in high-rise balconies.

Btw, the solution is a scrolling floor pad similar to what Johnny English had in the Strikes Again movie if you've seen it.

Spoiler

Why not? You can buy a good size land and build one of those small homes, tiny house or how about those modular homes in the other thread. I'd rather have that than a big house and almost no garden. It reminds me of the Ingall's house (Little House on the Prairie). I've only seen the first 2.5 seasons so not sure if they moved/built a bigger house but the house in those episodes is what I am referring to.

Are you talking about a Murphy bed?

600 square feet?

The house I live in is a 1950 1 1/2 story semi-Cape-Code with just a little bit more than that on the main floor. Built for the common working man coming home from WW2, just married, and looking to start a family. At the time of construction, there was a full unfinished basement and an unfinished attic space. The expectation was that when the family grew past three members in size, the "man of the house" would rehab the attic into a bedroom space (or two), adding maybe another 200-300 square feet of living space. Later, the basement would be partially finished for either a man-cave or a play area for the children.

600 square feet was considered more than adequate back in the day.
