The loop immediately surrounding downtown formed by 45, 59, & I-10.

Not an "officially" designated loop, but definitely a loop if you were to go around it.

ARE you crazy? We have over ten SAM's Clubs. Are you employed with the Walton Family and just trying to protect your company from competition? I know Texas does NOT like free enterprise, rather they prefer no competition (i.e. IAH).

I hate Costco.

I'm sorry Costco, I didn't mean that. I'll be stopping by to see you tomorrow, even though it takes me 40 minutes to get there. I'll bring you something nice. I love you Costco.
Do you know how much it hurts to snort wine through your sinuses? Thanks a lot.

Don't forget the other unofficial loops.

6) Loop around the NW Houston, 610/I-10/45
7) Loop around SW Houston, 610/59/288
8) Loop around S/SE Houston, 610/288/45
9) Loop around E/SE Houston, 610/45/I-10
10) Loop around NE Houston, 610/59/I-10

There are the other loops with combinations of Beltway 8, 290, I-10, 59, and 45.
