Are homes still being flipped there at the same pace? Some of the homes off Ella are beautiful.

Last I heard from the title company was the 1mm+ market in garden oaks/oak forest had started to see some challanges. There's still a lot of building activity in the area though

Ironic since West U and Memorial Villages aren't even part of the city of Houston.

Funny. I've said this before:

Just because you live inside 610 doesn't mean you live "inside the loop."

Just because you live in the city limits of Houston doesn't mean you actually live "in Houston."

Just because your suburb shares a border with Houston, it doesn't mean you live "near Houston."
