Hi,

I was just wondering if there is a Vegan place to eat in Huntington?

Thank you,

Yes,but not a ton. You should definitley check out Nawab. It's an Indian restaurant on 4th avenue (almost before you cross into ohio). They have a slew of great vegan options, the people that work there are super friendly, and the food is tremendously good. Aside from that, expect to do most of your eating at home, unless you want to eat the crummy vegan dishes in MU's cafeteria. My roommate when I went to MU was vegan and he struggled a lot to find good food anytime we went out to eat somewhere.

Straight Up Vegan. Our daughter has been a Vegan for almost 2 years now. We are looking to move around Huntington so I was checking things out ahead of time.

Thank you for the information. We will have to give the Indian Restaurant a try when we move around Huntington.

Thanks again,
Oneida

Although there are no other vegan restaurants here, it is refreshing to find that Kroger (in which I have no financial interest) in Barboursville (five miles east of Huntington) has a broad array of vegan food products from all prominent manufacturers which vegans will recognize and enjoy.

It's quite survivable.
