Marshall just beat #8 Notre Dame in football. 26-21.

This will certainly go down in history as one of Marshall's biggest wins of all time.

I'll post some news article links tomorrow.

That was a great game to watch for sure! The most amazing thing to me was how much of the game that Marshall dominated. They were only behind for a very short period. I hope that they keep this up all year long. Appy State beat #6 Texas A&M today so that's going to be another tough game as well.

I’m a lifelong WVU fan but have always had a lot of respect for Marshall (I wish we played each other more often)!

Congratulations on the win! I had a house full of Mountaineer fans cheering you all on yesterday.

Thank you. That's the way it should be. We should all cheer for any West Virginia team (not just Marshall and WVU) except when two of them are playing each other.

Any WV team. University of Charleston, Fairmont State, Shepherd, Wheeling, WV State, Bluefield, etc. All of them.
