in the Harvest/Toney area at the intersection of Jeff and Highway 53? Is it a McDonald's? A bank? Dirt is moving quickly because the land was untouched last Sunday.

What ever it is will just be a huge traffic jam....

I also seen a Hardees sign at the intersection 53 and the 4 lane....used to be rideout road...

Either way, I hope it's a pizza joint....need a delivery place besides snappy...WAY to expensive!!!!

I think that area is a fast-food desert considering it's growth.

Can I ask this : why are they clearing out land that fronts on 72 between East Limestone and County Line?

Looks like another strip mall location in one spot, and a potential subdivision in the other.

I really agree. Actually, this area is so populated that there is almost no food spots. There 53 is packed going to Huntsville constantly. I have never seen so many cars on a rural road at 10:00 pm. This area lacks retail and restuarants. However, before all of this occur 53 really needs to be widened asap. There is already a new subdivision under construction just after the Burwell Road intersection. If this continues, 53 will get worse and worse.
