Fact: When Roy Moore was a Judge way back in the 90's he had a plaque of the Ten Commandments hanging in his court room. He also opened court with prayer. That is a direct conflict with the separation of church and state. It led to numerous lawsuits and cost the state millions.

Fact: In 2000 he won election to become Alabama Chief Justice. Behind the scenes he had a granite monument made and in the middle of the night had it slipped into the rotunda of the State court building. That led to lawsuits and a Federal Judge ordered him to have the monument removed because it violated the constitution under separation of church and state. He ignored the order and was ultimately removed from the bench. As a Judge he expects others to follow his rulings but yet he had blatant disregard for the law and a higher court ruling.

Fact: In 2012 becomes Chief Justice again. Then along comes the same sex marriage laws and he once again refuses to accept a higher courts ruling and attempts to block same sex marriage every which way he can citing his religion rather than law and once again is removed from the bench.

Fact: There were numerous complaints and lawsuits over the course of 25 or more years in regard to him mixing his religion in with his rulings as a judge. His opinions often quoted bible verses which is obviously conflicts with the constitution.

Here is a link to an overview of his history as a judge if you would like to read it: https://www.splcenter.org/20160923/t...ts-mix-law-and

If you google Judge Roy Moore, you can find plenty more information about his history. He is a real piece and thought he was above the law.
Nice summary

Yeah. It doesn't have anything to do with the Space Command decision.

Default Ah… another update June 14th

Encouraging news here. Basically the next NDAA will limited funding on temporary construction or construction that is trying to “steer” HQ decision towards Colorado. Instead of stalling the building projects in Colorado, simply limit the funding and boom, there can be just limited construction on the temporary HQ now in Colorado.

Sounds encouraging. It’s is different to steer construction funding from other projects to funnel into a Space Command HQ in an attempt to “financially incentivize locating in Colorado “.

Alabama Senators and Congressmen should go on the road and visit Petersen AFB to draw attention to any nefarious construction projects.

It's unthinkable for them to have constructed new buildings with the decision to move made some 3 years ago.

That is correct. SPACECOM will be multi service but heavy in Spaceforce and Air Force. Similar to TRANSCOM that is heavy in Air Force as well.
