Hi, looking for a cheap studio, 1 bedroom I can rent until I get established, and I was looking online and seem to have found some cheap places in a city called "nampa". I think I can pay up to $425 for a place, I even saw a studio in downtown caldwell for $200/month over some buildings in downtown. Would this be so bad, just for a start? I am single female and think I could handle it, if it were a little rough. Any opinions for me? Or does anyone know of maybe a management company that has some reasonable rentals that aren't horribly expensive?

Any help would be appreciated! I saw these on craigslist.com and boiserentals

I live on the opposite side of the state, but from what I hear (on this forum) I don't think I'd want to rent in Nampa.

Why is that, Cleosmom?

Nampa was an area we were thinking about moving to.

Take care,
Sunny
