The one and only (in IF), for the time being, Starbucks is located in the Fred Meyer store. They used to have one in Barnes & Noble, but it has since become contracted with the Cheesecake Factory.

Oooh, yum! Thanks for correcting me. It's been almost a year since I was there last so I had no idea that it went away.

Default Starbucks in Idaho Falls

There has never been a Starbucks in Barnes and Noble. The Barnes and Noble cafe served and continues to serve Starbucks coffee as they always have. They do not (or have they ever) had the recipe book of Starbucks drinks - they have their own drink recipes which is why the drinks at Barnes and Noble are not always consistent in flavor.

The Starbucks in Fred Meyer is owned by Fred Meyer, but is a Starbucks authorized store.

I think Starbucks is overrated and overpriced. Unfortunately, most eastern Idaho coffee shops don't really know much about making good coffee so Starbucks is about the only place to get consistent quality. I prefer to order my own beans and make it at home.

Hi Cleosmom,

Was it a starbucks in Barnes and Noble? Don't want to rain on your parade I guess we all remember things that aren't accurate all the time. You can blame it on age like I do.

Well shoot, I knew they served Starbucks coffee..... so I assumed they were a Starbucks, not simply just "serving" it. As far as blame, I pass that on to signs that read "Starbucks"

Cleosmom,
Hi. I sent you a private message, because I still don't know how to use this site well. I may be moving to Salmon soon and want some info. Do you know about Salmon, or does anyone else? Maybe someone will answer my own post soon. Thanks. By the way, I love Starbucks!

I have a question to ask: Why do people drink Starbuck's coffee anyway?

My husband and I do not drink it because it's tastes burnt, but we do love espresso and French Roast coffee created by other coffee companies. I only drink anything Starbuck's as a last resort and they have no other coffee in town.

Inquiring mind wants to know.

Hi Lady jet,

I don't drink coffee...but I like to hang out at Starbucks and surf the internet and work. It is a nice place to sit and relax. I also like their Fappicinos (sp?) made with a cream base no coffee. Their Passion tea hot or cold is great. They have nice chicken sandwiches which is a great change from burgers.

I'm lds so the last place you'd expect to find a mormon is in starbucks. But hey they serve other stuff and can leave the coffee out in a drink if you ask.

Izzy
