Illegals are subject to the jurisdiction of their own country. Look what happens if an illegal goes around murdering people and we try to get him the death penalty. Suddenly they run to their own country's consulate and demand their rights under their own country's laws.
Another way illegals prove they are still under the jurisdiction of their own country is the use of matricula cards. Their own country gives them ID's. They are under the jurisdiction of their own country because they are citizens of that country.
Fine, the baby is an American citizen, deport the mother......
And no illegal should be able to pick up food stamps, WIC coupons, or expect free maternity hospital stays because of that citizen. And no illegal should ever be allowed to attain legal residency or avoid deportation because of giving birth at US taxpayer expense.
It's a foolish policy to allow anyone to get here, give birth, and then be given every kind of welfare handout. It's what is bringing in the very worst kind of illegal, those who have no intention of working hard for low pay but who expect a life of leisure and government handouts.
