Now politicians who fear backlash from immigrants and a press sympathetic to the illegals prefer you not know the extent of alien crime. But, with 11 million illegals in this country right now, even though most of them are law-abiding, sheer numbers dictate the alien crime problem must be addressed.
While many fit that bill, the dirty little secret is the fact that illegal aliens are not only destroying our infrastructure by stealing valuable services such as health care and schooling, they're also committing horrific crimes throughout our great nation. On October 4, 2005 WKMG television in Florida reported on their website that fourteen “field laborers broke into an 18-year-old woman’s home, dragged her across the street and then took turns raping her.”
This rampaging gang of “field laborers” consisted of men ranging in age from 18 to 56.
The victim reported they choked her until she passed out. When she awoke, they were pouring alcohol in her mouth.
She was then raped by each and every one of them.
“Twelve of the men are from Guatemala, one from Puerto Rico and the other from Mexico.”
Heather MacDonald, in a piece for City-Journal, In "Illegal Alien Crime Wave," she notes that in Los Angeles, 95 percent of all outstanding warrants for homicide (which total 1,200 to 1,500) target illegal aliens. Up to two-thirds of all fugitive felony warrants (17,000) are for illegal aliens.

We should not be having to deal with this on the scale that we are.
Interesting that the Dems want to give legal status to these criminals when they are against the war and the number of Americans that have been killed over there.
So then why are they not concerned at the numbers of Americans killed by illegals everyday?

It disgusts me - some of these people are coming here illegally to run from the law in their own countries, our citizens die, and then WE have to pay for the illegals' incarceration!
It's absurb. They should be deported back to wherever they came from, and their countries ought to PAY US for the harm these people have done.

Yes but the crimes created by illegal aliens are preventable by curbing illegal immigration. How are you going to crack down on citizen crimes unless you knew the crime was going to happen? No illegal immigrants = no illegal immigrant crimes. I am not blaming Mexico for all of this as illegal immigrants come from many different countries for instance:
We waste possibly billions and billions of dollars each year from illegal immigrant crime. That is quite a saving if you took out the illegal immigrants from the equation.
Does anyone other than myself wonder why our leaders in Washington cannot comprehend something so obvious?
As GHOST is quick to point out in a very lop-sided way . . . we have plenty of criminals of all shapes, colors and sizes here legally, we definitely do not need the ILLEGALS to add to the pot.

Excellent post Miborn. Illegal aliens are more of a clear and present danger than al queda.
And al queda could very well be mixed among them. Who knows who's coming in. It has got to stop. I watched a show not long ago that estimates 10,000 US citizens were killed at the hands of illegals in this country last year! Now that's 10,000 people, their families and friends that could have been spared if the borders had been secured - as our laws intend. It's absurd to allow this to continue. You have got to seriously question anyone's motive that condons such a ridiculous concept.

what about legal immigrants who commit crimes? are we to punish all legal immigrants as a result? why? simple: it is stupid to punish a whole group of people based on the actions of a few. just because they are "illegal" immigrants doesnt change the logic.
