Inalienable rights are bestowed to us by our creator and do not need government to delegate or secure.
What are Constitutional priviledges that are granted/withdrawn by the government? What branch or group in the government is the one that grants "Constitutional" privilages?
In many ways they have more rights. They can work for cash and never declare it, they can work as contractors and are never expected to pay into social security taxes or FICA. They are not expected to pay child support for children they sire. In fact the easiest way for a woman to get welfare handouts is to say some illegal impregnated her and they won't go after the father's name for child support but simply give her the welfare handouts she wants. They are allowed to engage in identity theft and commit felony document fraud - no only allowed to commit these crimes but encouraged to commit them.
None of this is true. They have the same legal obligation to follow the laws of the United States, and of the state in which they reside, as anyone else. The legal consequences attending their violation of these obligations is the same as that of a citizen, plus the additional sanction of likely deportation.

That's half correct.
We are endowed with rights.
Governments are instituted among men to secure those rights. In short, the people in government cooperate in the defense of those rights... for a fee.

Typical privileges: political liberty, civil liberty, license, and so forth.
The "right to vote" is actually a privilege. If there was no government, why would one need a "right to vote"?
In the three branch system, the executive branch issues most privileges.

To illustrate, civic duties such as jury duty, militia duty, etc, are based on consent... to participate in the socialist democracy.
As has been reported in this forum and most others, illegal immigration has dropped 300% since 2000.(1.5 million per year in 2000 to 500,000 per year 2009). The only recent influx you mention is the fact that the right wing rabble rousers like you have found an easy, new target to hate, deflecting the public's perceptions of the problems in America from the financial institutions and corporate expoliters to a bunch of shoeless peasants who are supposedly, singlehandedly destroying the country.
I can promise you one thing though. No matter who gets elected. Republican, Libertarian, Democrat or just plain fascist, you will never, ever get a bill passed that allows for the rounding up of all illegal aliens in this country and deporting them back to where they came from. Which is what your posts constantly lobby for. Even your handle says it all. Well know this.........It is logisticly, financially and morally undoable. That's why you scream so loud against illegal aliens and just as loud against Comprehensive Immigration Reform. You're not interested in a solution, you want a pogrom.
I have no idea about your political blather and really do not care. A solution? Yes, make them leave. They have disturbed, upset and blatantly raped this Country's resources as if locusts devouring a crop leaving nothing but an empty field. As far as my "name"-you have no clue what sits behind it's meaning, had it way before coming to this forum yet it does express my absolute desire for all illegal aliens in this Country to GETOUT. I have no, none, not one ounce of compassion for a people who sneak into this Country, take jobs, resources, bring disease and snub their noses at our sovereign Nation. It's as if they scream 'I demand to live, work and steal from your fascist racist Country, to become a citizen of a Country I repeatedly display hatred contempt and disrespect for". They do not deserve to be a part of this Country and I will do everything in my little power to ensure they are not. Once we stop giving them handouts and our jobs, they will leave as then they would have no reason to be here. They are certainly not here because they love Americans, they just love our money.
