In make work employment you really need to ask how long will this position be funded.Rememeber that the positions will be mostly contract positions besides the postions already held by state and local government employees that will handle the contracts. Things have changed since the 30's in regualtions;certifications and labor laws since the 30's.Just getting the permits is a hassle now days.
