I think its finally time to get out of the upper east side of manhattan.... No space and everything is a fortune.... I'm looking to buy a place for my family in either Henderson or summerlin... My price range is 500k... I have been to Vegas many times.... I just Think it's time for my famly to make this move... No real reason... Lol... Thank god job is not an issue... I have an internet business I can run anywhere... And if everything goes well here I can just rent my condo back in manhattan... I have spoken to many realtors... Seen hundreds of photos.... I would like public opinion on areas and developments... Nothing against realtors.... BUT... My brother in law is a realtor... And I always feel like after I shake his hand I have to count my fingers... Thank you in advance!!!! Have a great day!!!

My family consists of my wife and 7 month old daughter...

Thanks again!!

Or....

Go to El Cortez's 25-cent roulette table and start "Martingale-ing" up that quarter on red. The only way you can lose the $250,000 is if you get black 20 times in a row. The chances of that are exactly 0.000095367431640625 %

I would look at the Club @ Maderia Canyon or one of the gated subdivisions in Anthem Highlands. I think you would fit in very nicely.

Take a look at The Club at Madeira Canyon - both resales (larger & more upgraded homes) and the new models they just unveiled (some smaller floorplans to bring the price point down; note these would be built-to-order and hence you choose your finishes & upgrades). We live here & love it.
