It would incorporate as an independent city, like Henderson, North Las Vegas, or the City of Las Vegas.

Umm... All three of those cities are still in Clark County.

By leave, I'm pretty sure he meant in the governmental/organizational sense (i. e. become self governing)

Maybe they know that there is a 0% chance of seeing the show's stars since privacy laws prevent them from working the counter.. I did hang with Rick last week at Vamp'd, though.. better chance of seeing them there than at the store.

They need to implode Circus Circus and replace it with something from the 21st century. The most depressing hotel on the strip and it just brings the whole area down.
