Because I like living on the extreme edges...

I went out to caucus for Bernie. I've never lived in a caucus state so it was a new process for me. I had to change my registration (I was registered Independent) and recently had a name change but was told "No problem. You can do it on site!". I was not once asked for an ID, voter registration... nothing. I filled out a form that asked for driver's license number or an SSN, but was shocked that no one asked for an ID. No one checked my form either. I could have written anything down. That seemed suspicious to me. My precinct was 40-32 in favor of Bernie. The precinct chair had no idea what they were doing. Evidently they were a substitute/alternate. It was like listening to someone read Ikea furniture instructions. No undecideds in our precinct, so I guess that made things easier. In spite of that, it took what seemed like forever due to the lack of preparedness. I was pretty underwhelmed with the disorganization and the whole caucus process.

My husband voted in the Republican caucus yesterday. His process sounded much better. I went with him to the Trump rally at TI last night and was talking to people about their caucus (however, a majority of the crowd at TI was out of towners who happily stumbled on to the rally). The locals I spoke to seemed to prefer Nevada go to a straight voting primary.

Yes, you read that right... a Bernie voter and a Trump voter live happily in the same house. He made me Bernie snacks for my caucus and I went with him to the Trump rally. No one is unfriending each other, divorcing each other, mad at each other, or arguing. LOL

Silly rabbit! That would be a pure democracy... which we are most definitely not. We're a republic.

Some will say "No, we're a representative democracy," but I think they do that just to make themselves feel better about not being able to directly elect their leaders. In reality (and in practice), we're a very flawed republic. The 2000 national election fiasco should be proof of that. Al Gore won the popular vote.

No not this guy, very aggressive and pushy. In the end, Hillary won in our precint and all the other 4 precints.

The fact that people support Hillary at all is proof we're an incredibly stupid country that completely lacks the ability to critically think and analyze. The vile things that woman has done to this country's citizens are beyond words.

This is actually very logical. You both are fed up with the current establishment and don't want a candidate who is paid for by special interests and the wealthy. Both candidates (Bernie and Trump) represent the anger that the American people have with the current government. It's the same anger that brought the Tea Party into relevancy several years ago. The different between the candidates is their stance on things like taxes and abortion but they both don't support the US interfering in the Middle East (Iraq, Syria, etc.) and they both believe that the US shouldn't let people die on the streets and they both don't take money from special interests, and they are both surging in the election because they represent having some fresh ideas and attitudes in our government.

Clinton in the world stage looks like a tough don't mess with me person while Sanders, at least the way I see it looks like a senile senior citizen even though he's not senile.

Perception is everything especially in the world stage, I would rather have Hillary Clinton represent the United States of America rather than Bernie Sanders and with Hillary's past experience dealing with world leaders as Secretary of State, I have no doubt she will represent the United States of America well as the President.

As far as the candidates on the other side, the clown is very popular and I definitely do not want that person representing the United States.

Clinton represents whoever pays her the most money. Another boughy and paid for sell out is the last thing we need.

Isn't it interesting how different people can see the same thing, yet see two completely different things? You think Hillary looks "tough", and what I see is a yapping chihuahua. And her past performance does nothing to show her as strong. Think benghazi, letting 4 people be murdered, not allowing the Marines to do their job. That does not indicate "strength" to me, or any world despot. Her experience as SoS was not exactly the things you want written about you in the history books. But, I'm sure her bank account increased as a result of it! She also has a long, shady history that speaks more "thug" than tough world leader. She's not exactly a spring chicken either..an old, white, privileged woman.

I will give her credit..at least as long as it's filling her pocketbook, she doesn't openly hate America like the current office holder. But again, that's two different people seeing the same thing, but seeing it differently..

As far as the "clown" as you call him. Yes, the billionaire, playing the world stage. Not sure of him, but no one can call him "weak". After all, he's pretty good at taking on the stupid "pc" brought on by those who have no understanding of human nature. He's also pretty good at directly taking on the issues that are killing this country: illegal immigration. I'm not sure if he's really who he says he is, or if he will be able to accomplish anything with both the R's and the D's working against him, but he doesn't need his pocket book filled, and I believe he too loves America. If it comes down to him or the one who allowed 4 of our people to be murdered, and committed crimes with the highest level classified information, I'll take the clown over the chihuahua any day...
