I did that first, as well as Yelp. I also wanted some opinions from locals who have visited.

Sorry, but if you didn't realize she was correct when she wrote Tonkotsu broth, I can only conclude that you don't frequent Ramen houses that serve it.

Milky, creamy broth made from boiling pork bones for an extended period is Tonkotsu. Miso is fermented soybean. Miso ramen broth is made by adding miso paste to any kind of stock. It could be chicken (Ramen Tatsu) or a combination of chicken and pork (Ramen KoBo), or just pork broth (Monta Ramen).

Love Ohjah in Spring Valley (Durango/Warm Springs) , in particular their melt in your mouth Beef (Shank) Ramen and Oxtail Ramen ( I prefer the shank, more meat). Pork Tonkotsu is good too. You cannot go wrong with Kabuki (chain restaurant) as far as their Ramen. Love their Poke bowls too.

Noodle restaurants in Chinatown get packed during lunch so I avoid it. Also food preparation suffers when you are serving too many people, rushed service. Just a few days ago we went to two different ramen houses and left because the restaurants were full and people on the waiting list.

Another restaurant, Bowl Tique also serve decent food/ramen, yes it is in Spring Valley.
