Depends on size of house, age of ac, which direction house faces, how many floors 1-3, windows tinted, with a pool etc. 200-600

200 would be a small house

Ours was 3 floor, 2500sf, facing west, with a pool (single speed pump). Temp 78. 1st year bills in summer 400-600 per month

Insulation added, windows tinted, variable speed pump installed for pool, time of use plan implemented. 175-275 per month

airics, generally it's preferred to have a north/south facing home to save on cooling costs in Las Vegas, correct?
Also, in a brand new 3 story home, would you expect cooling to be quite a bit more expensive than a single story due to the levels?

I'm guessing the ongoing haze had an effect on the temperature staying below the predicted high.
