I'm interested in KB Home at Woodbury community, located on intersection of Rainbow Blvd. and Lake Mead Blvd, just east of 95 and above 613. Does anyone know this area, and how good it is, just near Summerlin east entrance borderline?

I'm praying at least above-average area, with crime-rate comparable to Santa Monica, CA, and I don't expect #1 lowest. This is the only KB Home community in Vegas area with very short driving distance to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's market.

Here are the zoned schools to give you an idea of neighborhood demographics.

Lilly & Wing Fong Elementary School

not a good area, not the worst but the schools are at the dead bottom.

Here's something interesting, 100% of the students need free/disc lunches at Providence northwest new-home community area, more than downtown area. Is this area really that bad, or more low-income families spent all their entire money just trying to live at new-home Providence?

Maybe it's a typo error? It was 40% in 2016.

Centennial draws from areas varying from very well off to moderately low income. Parts between Cheyenne and Alexander and in various places in Centennial Hills are moderately low income. Would not be true in Providence or the RNP in 89129 and 89149.

It shows 100%, regardless if kids live in zip codes 89129 and 89149. Either it's a typo error, or the school now offers free food to every students starting in 2017.

Right...that's why there are so many empty houses in San Francisco with rents dropping by the hour

You would have to get in to the qualification for 100% or whatever level. A number of the involved census tracts in the area have income well in excess of $100,000. So in no way is it a poor demographic throughout the school zone. The zone has one section east of 95 that might be a little weak but other than that it is mostly pretty good demographics. And it is only part of Providence. In fact I would expect the over all demographics are better than Arbor View or Shadow Ridge. Centennial Hills pulls it down a bit but not enough to offset the rest of the school zone.

And yet you didn't disprove anything I said. Back to the drawing board and better luck next time.
