Witnessed a road rage incident last Friday from my rear view mirror during afternoon rush traffic. Verbal argument escalated. Weapon drawn and a windshield was shot out. At least 15 cars sitting in traffic witnessed it. I doubt there was a single 911 call from anyone. I noticed the truck the shooter was driving had Mexico plates. Crazy times we are living in.

I think the problem with this whole unsafe driving is the lack of enforcement and make the punishment more severe. If you step up the amount of tickets and really hit people in the wallet (fines, insurance increases, drivers license being taken away and cars impounded or seized). There needs to be accountability and remind people that driving a motor vehicle is a privilege.
