Supply rising/listing prices falling

Summerlin Inventory MoM change = +20.28%
Southwest Inventory MoM change = +35.62%
Northwest Inventory MoM change = +32.47%
Central Las Vegas MoM change = +23.25%
East Las Vegas Inventory MoM change = +41.62%

I wonder how many actually pulled listings from the market knowing this is no time to list you home. Add those numbers in.

We have a very nice listing in central Summerlin under discussion. Builders model home with good views. We are presently counseling them to wait. Not for the end of the virus crisis but until we can see where it is going. Probably do something right after May 1.

And we still see no softening in that market.
