It's literally right next to Balzar and MLK, should I check other places instead?
That intersection IS dangerous.

Didn't the same scenario happen not too long ago? (Wheelchair pedestrian hit and killed by car)

So an update. Found a couple cheap places that I was looking over. First was near the corner of Bonanza and Maryland. The other two were in Henderson, both near Pabco road. The first is close to Sunset and Pabco. The second is about 2 blocks away from Jokers Wild. Anyone able to give a heads up on those areas?

I've lived here for two years now and I must say North Las Vegas is crappy and run down full of hispanics. Sorry I'm not racist but I had to drive up to Nellis one night and it was scary.

Is the problem with North Las Vegas too many Latinos or is it bad in a crime wave type of deal ?

NLV has its Hispanic population in the lower socioeconomic areas of the city. The more upscale parts of the city have Hispanics as well but mostly in proportion to their representation in the middle class.

In general I think Hispanics moving into a neighborhood upgrades it.

It's a poorer neighborhood IMHO, just be picky about your neighbors.

I usually drive by a particular property several times throughout the day and night especially on weekends to see what's going on before moving there.
