Always a good idea to test your AC before it's suddenly 110 degrees out. I think I tried mine a couple months ago and then last month too.

Regrettable errors can be made when you panic, and this time of year, the A/C service industry can easily take advantage of you if you're the desperate kind, which I'm not.

If my tightwad retired 70YO neighbor June (who ironically drives a used Cadillac) can brag about going summer after summer here in Las Vegas without A/C, I can certainly wait a day or 2 to get it repaired properly.

Here's a good one... My final check from the Cosmopolitan came today and of course I deposited it. What's funny is that I wasn't supposed to receive the check until I returned the uniform...I debating burning the uniform and putting it on Youtube...

Once the uniform room conducts its audit. They will bill you for it. No I am not joking.

If I got billed. My answer would be. Prove that I did not turn it in. In my current frame of mind. I would clean up the dog do do in the yard and wash the car with it, then send it back UPS addressed to the Dir of Cage Operations.

Sell it on eBay. My guess is that it will fetch more than they'll bill you for, and you just pocket the difference. Also, someone's head should roll when management finds that their uniforms are being sold on eBay and that their processes are so sloppy as to allow that uniforms are floating around out there.

I might be wrong but I think you can be prosecuted for selling a company's property online.
