Not Guilty!!!

I finally made it to my first court appearance for that mickey-mouse moving violation a couple months ago. The man sitting next to me got a ticket for throwing a cigarette butt out the window! In CA, I understand, it's a $1000 fine.

I observed all those that went before me, saying: Your Honor, after their plea. Me? You'd have to put a gun to my head and a knife to my heart before I'd utter those words! Only if I were at a funeral parlor observing his dead body in a casket would I speak those words!

"If you pay the fine, I'll reduce your charge to illegal parking!" Now that's dishonorable!

No thanks, next court date 11/15. If you're innocent, you fight, fight!

^^^Congrats.

So...I have new neighbors and they have this black cat with green eyes. Anyway every morning when I leave to take my daughter to school I come back and the cat is laying in my driveway right where I park my car. As soon as I start pulling up he jumps up and runs back to his porch and watches me.

So last night when I went on my evening walk I get about 10 feet from my house and I hear all hell break loose...imagine my surprise when I see "TWO" black cats fighting underneath my car...

Does this mean good luck that two cats want to lay on my driveway? Please say it's so! (Where the other cat came from I have no idea!)

When I was in Monaco, many moons ago, strolling thru the gardens surrounding the palace of Princess Grace, the gardens were teeming with black cats, and black cats only! Spooky, to say the least!

There were a lot of trees, flowers and shrubs, which made it difficult to discern, at first, those black cats staring out at you from those shadows!

But then, she was a Scorpio, and there must have been a method to this madness!

It's funny...it's like this cat is channeling my younger brother (he loved teasing me)...and after he runs back to his porch I look over at him and we make eye contact and I can tell he finds the situation rather humorous, lol.

Hmmm...don't have have any Scorpio. Only air and water here. Unless you want to count my pesky asc. Capricorn. (Maybe that's my saving grace though )

(I hate when I don't know the sex...him her it ahhh!)

I have never seen, heard, felt, witnessed a mosquito since moving here over 12 years ago. I don't remember them in southwestern Utah either. The last time I had a run-in with them was in southern California. I do not miss them.
