Merry Christmas everyone! I hope you get something you want this year from Santa Clause. Or at least see a reindeer.

I hope everyone enjoys their holidays. We don't have family here but have done a lot of seasonal celebrating with friends and have had a good time this year.

If any of you have not been to this street of Christmas dreams yet, check out W. Vincelli Ave off of Allen in North Las Vegas. Down the road from Aliante. The only street you need for Christmas light viewing.

Happy New Year to all the beautiful people in here. Happy New Year to all those that left this realm for the next realm in the Afterlife. Happy New Year to all the newbies to the valley. We hope you like it here.
Happy New Year to all of you hairy varmints. (you know who you are, the one's that come in here to post how terrible life is in the valley because you did not do your homework and you ended up in the ghetto, where it is hell on Earth and you have crappy neighbors and where you embellish things to make it seem much worse than how it really is. )
Happy New Year to all the powers that be that run this site. Without this site to come to with all the hundreds of different forums all combined into one, we would be really bored.

A story, by PinkString. "It was New Years Eve in the locals casino. Somewhere inside, the wild noisemakers were loose, calling for mates in their strange language that only a kazoo would love. Some were strong and they kept calling to each other over the noise of the crowds. Some were brave and crept obnoxiously close to some ears. Some were weak and probably drunk as well, and they faded into the background, maybe passed out on the floor. . Some had already mated from the urgent and joyous sounds emanating from their little corner next to a slot machine. Some were laying in spilled champagne, too drunk to care...after awhile, after midnight, they slowly faded away, crawling into a dark corner, into the box where they came out from and where they will emerge and try again next year, almost like a cicada, but not quite."

^ Finally! Been waiting for that project to break ground forever. Now we finally get a movie theater in the Southwest area! And lots of other great development with that project, too. And Life Time Fitness just purchased the lot right next to Ikea (east) as well. Need more gym options in that area so that's a great thing. Excited to see The Bend progress in the coming months!

I was thinking about her today. I feel bad for her and her family. Is there anyone who knew her well IRL who is willing to communicate with any of us?
