We were going to go to the Jersey Night, but my daughter and her SO are coming in Friday and I doubt that is what they want to do when visiting here! So, Holly night it was!

My next doctors appointment is in a couple weeks in which I will get my blood results.

I'll pray for you, LVD. I have an appointment with my primary care doctor on the second. I haven't seen him in over a year, so he'll probably want to do blood work. I'm going to demand to have that surgery that I need. Ten years is too long with "it".

What is it with these people asking for money everywhere we go? Las Vegas used to not be this way. This time we were at Decatur/O'bannon at the Trader Joe's in the parking lot after getting our groceries for the next month. A grungy car pulls up and a woman with no teeth keeps trying to say something to us, we both couldn't hear her, so I got out and went over to see if she needed help with directions. No, she wanted money. She and her husband I assume, plus kids in the back seat were all dirty and smelly, she looked like a meth user but I could be wrong. Looks like they were living in their car. They said they were down and out and needed money. I said i didn't have any, and he made a mention about seeing us put groceries in the car and that we did have money. I didn't say anything else and got back in the car and told my husband to get out of here now.
Thinking of it as we drove away, they had a car with gas in it, so they had money somewhere along the way. I am just getting fed up with going anywhere, especially in the central and eastern parts of town and always getting approached by someone in a parking lot. And also on the Strip, getting approached by lots of people there. Is anyone else having these problems too? I just want to go somewhere, not be bugged, and go home. that's it.
We never have this problem where we live and shop, it's going out of our general area to other parts where it is rampant.

today, i was at the In n Out Burgers at 5th and 215 (by Kohls)... as we are walking out, i see a newer suv pull into the handicap spot very crooked, woman and her 10yr old daughter run out (not handicapped, no sticker either), with 2 cups.. run into the building, fill the cups with soda and then run out..... amazing.. stealing a $2 soda with your kid....

mgmt did nothing.

PINK-so many times,while I am getting gas,people "bug" me for money..healthy-looking people..I try to avoid certain gas stations so I don't get bothered...it's pretty bad over here on the east side...
