Congratulations...

Hey that means you are a Grandmother. I heard you were one of those token wifes. I think your husband lied.

But hey you look good...so I won't tell anybody you are a grandmother....

Yes, that is how it is pronounced. They had to shake it up a bit!

Thanks!

Ugh, I feel rotten. I usually don't problems with allergies, but this year they're kicking my butt. My eyes are itchy/watery, and my nose is constantly runny. Kuso!!!

It wasn't too bad today. My sister gave me some OTC 24 hour allergy pills, so hopefully that'll help.

Well, I got the final papers from the attorney today, so all of the litigation is now over. I have to wait until June 15th, in case there are any other places that have liens for resident care for my mom. They have 25 days to pay without penalty, and I'm getting $25k, minus $1,220 for half of the fee for paying the expert into how much I should be paid. Sigh...if only I had told my attorney that my mom went into the hospital, and hadn't cashed any of the checks that they started sending me last summer. Because of the Chapter 13, we started out each month at least a couple hundred dollars in the hole, but with that extra money, we were able to pretty much pay all of the bills, plus I was giving my sister some money for her wedding. If I had done things properly, I could have gotten $239k. Smeg!!! And if it hadn't been for that last place that she was at, I could have gotten $60, but they charged WC $55k for her stay there, and wouldn't give any discounts. Ah well, hindsight is 20/20, and if wishes were fishes I could walk to China.
