actually the neighbors kids played Tarzan on my satellite wire ripping it off its foundation and costing me an hoa voilation, $100 and 5 phone calls. I suppose that might have had something to do with it.

No doubt my actions were just as bad.
So if I call animal control and press the neighbors for action, will it actually get anywhere. this was my original plan, I just lost it this morning. gotta get that under control.

the barking started again. At least that worked for 45 minutes.

Dogs that get teased, get rocks thrown at them etc.. are usually the ones that wind up biting people if they manage to escape from the yard.

winds can't break 10 metal/plastic holders imho. but ya its speculation.
Therapy, really? Why when I got Vegas forum... people don't sugar coat it here, that's for sure.
