Hi all,

I'm getting ready to move to Vegas at the end of July, but can't make a trip beforehand to check out apartments. I found a few that I like though and I was wondering if y'all would comment on the neighborhoods?

The first is located on S Grand Canyon Dr at Sahara
The second: Horizon Ridge Pkwy near Stephanie St in Henderson
The third: Paradise Rd north of 215.

Anything you could tell me would be a great help in my decision making process! I know you get questions like this all the time, and I'm sure they get tiresome, so I appreciate any advice you're willing to give.

The first one, Grand Cyn @ W. Sahara, would be the best of the three neighborhoods by far.

I would do either of the first two. The first is in the Summerlin area and the second is just outside of McDonald/GVR, I think.

The third is in a semi-decent, but not great, area.

The one at Grand Canyon/W.Sahara would be a good choice because if you end up carless for any reason, you can walk to just about everything. You would be across from one of the best libraries in town, close to a movie theater, restaurants, too much shopping, plus a couple supermarkets. Couple casinos close by. Mr.Happiness. (if he is still there)
