I cant afford to live anywhere else and this is the nicest area I can afford for the dollar. Nothing wrong with this, just be intellectually honest about it. I know 6 people that live in Rocky Point and the truth always reveals itself eventually.

Have you considered Sound Beach? Rocky Point is so special it spreads it's goodness to neighboring areas.

I agree, Rocky Point has blessed Wading River. We wouldn't be on the map if it wasn't for Rocky Point.
