THe Realtor needs to post the TRUE TAXES on MLS. I would NEVER post taxes with STAR or taxes without the village tax. That's very misleading and once you find out not only are you going to be mad, but you're not going to want to buy.

There are some places in Rockland where taxes are still reasonable - Pearl River and Nanuet to name a few - because they have a few businesses supporting their revenue base.

But taxes in most of Orange county are really high.
