Yeah instead of doing like us and wasting time on here they go out robbing, killing and raping, selling and doing drugs and drinking till they are almost but unfortunately not dead and turning your kids into them or using them

Greeenport has a large number of Latino gangmembers because the former mayor (David Kapell) thought that illegal immigrants were the greatest thing since sliced bread and refused to allow enforcement against them.

Long Island politicians need to stop pandering to them. They don't vote anyways, even if they are citizens they still don't vote. Hispanics have the lowest voter turnout of any racial group.

Yesterday took the LIRR into NYC, change at Huntington. Several young men of Hispanic descent boarded the train at Smithtown. All of them were wearing a fair amount of yellow with some black. Yellow Yankee cap with black NY worn askew, yellow button down or pullover type shirt with black trim on each of them, black shorts (one wore yellow b-ball shorts), yellow sneakers with black sole and laces.

Did they call each other up that morning like teenage girls to coordinate their outfits, are was something more nefarious at play?

Yellow(or gold) and black = Latin Kings.

If they aren't Latin Kings, they are certainly going to be targets for other gangs so they are really stupid.

Most likely the are gang members or wannabes.

While I would like to naively believe them to be really stupid, they looked a little too rough around the edges to be playing pretend.

So are you willing to be the one to risk that when a couple of opposing sets see each other in Roosevelt Field or somewhere out in public and decide to shoot at each other?

Go tell that to people caught in the crossfire. RIP.

Dead is dead no matter what "hell" comes down on the perps.

There's no reason or excuse why we need gangs and we should "live and let live" in this case. No reason at all. Gangs are a complete detriment to society. Complete and total.

That's your answer to what happened to Glen Cove (and its schools) thanks to former mayor Tom Suozzi!
