[quote=ClarkStreetKid;54499941]So you’ve never thought, gee, our state and local governments are really taking advantage of this? Maybe one day someone will stick a fork in this archaic and abused loophole that benefits the rich over the poor.

I don’t think he knows the difference between State, Federal & Local Government/Taxes

I'm sure right wing nut jobs would be fine with this action by the President if had been a Democrat in office and a Dem Congress.

Yeah no one would be screaming bloody murder about this.

Talk about Trump Derangement Syndrome. "Thank you Mr. President, may I have another".

Are you ok? You know this tax plan isn’t helping anyone. $1000 a year extra is garbage. If that makes a difference in anyone’s life it’s very sad. You sound like a cheerleader for additional taxes to the heaviest taxed area in the country. Why? Are you a conservative? You don’t sound like one. What about the 2T extra on the already largest debt in the country’s history? Not very conservative. So changing part of the original tax code is ok because 2 other deductions, that weren’t part of the original tax code, were changed by another pseudo conservative president that wanted to give more power to the corporations? I know ....basic economics. BASIC ECONOMICS!!!!!!!

I was watching the network news the other day, and there was a story about people whining how much smaller their tax returns were.

Why do people give free loans to the Gov't?

why ? because many types of income is unpredictable .... we pay estimated based on market income and gains ...last year at the last moment markets tumbled so now we have a few thousand owed back to us..
