There are several manufacturers that are planning factories in Ohio, AZ and others. This is a plus for our national security, Zeldin voted against the incentive.

If it had succeeded, Hochul would be riding Cuomo's coat tails crowing about job creation in NYC. It is unfortunate that a handful of NIMBY Democrats (some of whom Cuomo publicly chastised) decided that it was in the best interest of the community to prevent improvements -- despite existing wholesale redevelopment in the area predating the defeated HQ2.
