I've lived in Farmingville for 10 years and I have lived and worked in medford. If you wanna talk crime and white trash.. go live in Medford! Not forgetting that Medford borders Gordon Heights which speaks for itself. We don't have anything more than Mexicans hanging out at 2 locations during certain morning hours. Other than that, this neighborhood is pretty flawless.
C'mon be honest.
The area up by bald hill is pretty nice but bown by the service rd through Portion are rough and are overrun with day laborers.
Medfords no picnic either.
The only upshot for Farmingville is Sachem vs Pat Med.
Otherwise its a wash.Aside froma few pockets, Central Brookhaven has really deteriorated since the 90s.

The classic use stats/links when they say what you want and point out they lie when they don't... here's Tecumseh school which is in Farmingville / Sachem and EAST of N Ocean Ave. Right into the WORST pocket of these immigrants.
I am curious 8 years later how much is now white and how much Hispanic? Anyone?
Do you even know how to read? The link you quoted has the answer right there. But since you lack any reading comprehension whatsoever, I'll do the work for you:
White 76%
Hispanic 14%
Asian or Asian/Pacific Islander 7%
Black 2%
