Houses are tiny, its mostly safe though. and for sure there is airplane noise

real gangs like V13 have been priced out of the area... it's just wannabe "thugs" nowadays. No better or worse than dbags you find in Hollywood or K-town.

Tiny. Not a major issue in SM unless you're by Virginia Avenue Park in the Pico neighborhood.
