By White/Latin, I mean a real Hispanic living in a Hispanic neighborhood and a person of European descent mixing. That is pretty rare. But a lot of Hispanics have European blood, though the ones in LA definitely skew more native.
Why do they have to live in a Hispanic neighborhood to be a "real" Hispanic?

I think you're undermining how common white/Latino relationships are in general, I'm not sure about SoCal but I live in New York and all of my white friends have had Latina girlfriends or fwbs, and all of my Latino friends have had white girlfriends or fwbs.

As far as Hispanics with non-hispanic whites it mostly involves Hispanics that look white so you would never really know unless they told you their last names. On a side note I do find asian/white and hispanic/white mixes the prettiest as I find black mixes retain very noticeable black features like hair texture which I find unappealing. When you see a non-black wonen with a black biracial child you would assume she adopted it as there is absolutely no resemblance to mother.
Not true, plenty of mestizos date white people. The percentage of all Latinos in the US that are fully white is very low, anyway.

Where I live, there are neighborhoods that are black and Latino but there are also plenty of neighborhoods that are black and not Latino, or Latino and not black.

Right, but we're talking about Los Angeles and not New York.

Technically everyone is African... so I would say, in order:

African / African
African / African
African / African

Doesn't the same hold true for LA, though?

Nationally 28% of Hispanics marry non Hispanics, with the majority of those non Hispanics being white.

A lot of Latinos have moved up socioeconomically and do not live in Latino or Black/Latino neighborhoods in LA.

Notice some posters excluded Hispanics who don't live in so called Hispanic neighborhoods in LA as Hispanic for some bizarre reason.
