By White/Latin, I mean a real Hispanic living in a Hispanic neighborhood and a person of European descent mixing. That is pretty rare. But a lot of Hispanics have European blood, though the ones in LA definitely skew more native.

Why do they have to live in a Hispanic neighborhood to be a "real" Hispanic?

I think you're undermining how common white/Latino relationships are in general, I'm not sure about SoCal but I live in New York and all of my white friends have had Latina girlfriends or fwbs, and all of my Latino friends have had white girlfriends or fwbs.

I notice that most the chicks with mixed black kids are unmarired which is the complete opposite of asian/white couples. Where I live, there are neighborhoods that are black and Latino but there are also plenty of neighborhoods that are black and not Latino, or Latino and not black.
