Well? You have something to add or not? You laughed in agreement with OC's simplistic theory - which I proceeded to demonstrate was without foundation. Now, do you have a rebuttal to support your chuckle?

Illegal immigration has to be dealt with. Garretti doesn't see the bigger picture. Yeah the issue is really ugly but it needs to be dealt with sooner or later. Mexico needs to address its own issues. With all this illegal immigration from it seems like Mexico is steadily reclaiming California, Texas and Arizona. Mexico is a corrupt country with white European Spanish Decesent dominant upperclass. If you don't believe me watch Mexican Tv every person on Mexican Television is white and european looking it tells you something about the culture of mexico and who's in charge. Mexico does nothing for the poor, no welfare , no extensive k-12 public schooling system it (is only till the fourth or sixth grade). Yet Mexico has the richest man in the World Carlos Slim.... Immigrants migrate to this country because there is zero class mobility and their country has failed them.
And Mexico lets America pick up all the pieces.

Yes good point . Mexico is much much less tolerant than America. Most of these anti Trump Protestors probably haven't even been there .
Actually if they wanted to make an impact they would cross the border in Mexico and protest there . They should protest corruption and how the leaders look down on the darker skinned Mexicans.
This would be more effective versus protesting a President that has already been elected .
They will never do it though .
Also these same people didn't protest against Bernie sanders being treated unfairly and now they are bringing it up after the fact and using the anti trump protests to " spread their message "

These folks here illegally are citizens of Mexico not the USA.

Mexico is a joke. They have become the rich vs the poor and this is exactly where California is headed...

My neighbors are from there. They have businesses here in South Bay and only go down there to see relatives who still reside. Their daughters all have GPA's that are outstanding and are now attending higher education...they learned that education was the out of poverty early on.

Most of your immigrants that have been here for years and doing real well feel the same way as many of us do about the illegal immigrants swarming in from Central America. Mainly Guatemala - El Salvador...

Do you still have his phone number? Could you give him a call and tell him to talk some sense into his son?

Nope, hardly.. I don't. He came to my law school back in the day and I met him two other times. I wouldn't call it a close relationship. I will say he is bright in his areas of expertise.

His son seems like a full fledged SJW who might get triggered if the wrong thing is said. Post liberal regressive who is a nanny state ninnie.

Yes, also I saw that an LAPD officer was attacked at one of these protests. Wonder if Garcetti was proud of that.

Sounds like LAPD officers on the ground pretty pissed with lack of support from those up above.
It's like the 5th or 6th day of protests ? How much revenue has been lost? How many people that were going to travel to L.A have cancelled trips.
It's gotta be millions and millions in lost revenue to the city and to local businesses.
