And what are "cut cookies"?

Thanks! It has been a nice anniversary, though will be MUCH better cuddled up in front of a fire next year....

El Honey, many congratulations and a "job well done" on your anniversary. Being married takes work and commitment (he should be working and I should be commited). Seriously,.. I'm very happy for you, and glad your husband values his "Jewel".

...and then there's the story of the elderly couple who were being interviewed on their 60th anniversay.....the interviewer asked the sweet old lady, "in all those years...did you ever think of divorce?" "Oh no" she said so sweetly, "Murder many times, but never divorce!" :0

I didn't even know he'd been shopping!! With our anniversary being in the same month as Christmas and two of our kids' birthdays, we usually just do dinner and a movie. But how sweet!

I haven't bought him anything....
Happy anniversary! May your next one be spent in Maine!

Ooo I was moosed too!

Fun as we sit watching Scrooged and the kiddos play with the Christmas Playmobil collection we have amassed over 8ish years (it threw up playmobil Santas in here). The tree is up but undecorated I'm waiting to do ornaments tomorrow.

Too hallarious! What's really funny is watching the "trying to be" blase reactions of the "clothed" bowlers.

Cute.

No, that is not in Old Town.

In Old Town the club rents the bowling alley as a private event. They black-out the glass doors to not allow anyone outside to see inside. They hang signs on each door to notify anyone approaching the doors that a private party has rented the alley.

Also they do not wear thongs.

And apparently the only other bowlers who might be wearing clothing are belligerent whiners to insist that they do not have to read signs and who make complaints to the city because they were offended by what they saw.
