The last one looks like the average dump teardown for the towns listed in the thread topic. There are very few of those if any left in Weston Wellesley or Dover. The first looks very average for Lincoln, Sudbury, concord, etc. including the updates to the kitchen.

But why stay on topic when we can compare apples to spaceships?

Now talk about shifting goal posts!!!!

LOL.

We weren't talking about "average for Weston" or "average for a wealthy metro west" town. Give me a break. We were talking about an average home.

And thanks for supporting my initial point. There really aren't any average homes in Weston, they've been torn down. Exactly.

But no, you have to try to "correct" someone, because I guess you get some jollies out of it.

I'm not sure, I don't believe they are for sale? And as I implied in my first post nothing is average priced in Weston.

How could you even think they're average then unless you've been inside or seen the inside??

So you've been in enough to know there aren't any in Weston? Incredible.

Either way I'm clearly not getting anywhere with you. You asked if there were average homes in Weston, I showed you a couple examples. Sorry I didn't barge in to take photos.

Actually, if you read, I initially asked if there were. It was a question. I've been in several Weston houses and none were average. There may be a few, but as you said, they're tare downs, so it hardly counts.

I don't know how you indeed determined these two were average without seeing the inside.

But again, if you mean "average" for a really wealth suburb (which Sudbury, Weston, concord are) then that's an entirely different thing. The average in those places is a really nice home.

Which was one of my main points, with all the variables in the Boston area there really are none of those "all other things being equal" to compare in the Boston area. Can you name any?

Yes. There are average looking homes in Newham and Weston prices at 1 million or more.

It's not worth over a million that is what's wrong with it.
