Looks like the renovations were not done as a quick flip either-according to property records, the last sale was in 1995. If you like it I'd act fast-that won't last long from the looks of it.

Totally agreed. I have seen some comps recently in Milford that have made my eyes bug out. We'll give it our best shot! It's extremely nice.

Oh really, interesting! So he's had a good experience there? It does seem like a very nice residential area, with good access to the everyday things you may need. I'm sure they are going to get a ton of offers. Fingers are crossed!

It's tucked away nicely. Feels country like, but within 10 minutes of plenty of shopping. He's a mile past you going off Tyler St.

I noticed that the backyard was very nicely landscaped. Do you or anyone in your family have a green thumb? It will take constant maintenance to keep it looking that nice. You could, OTOH, hire a landscaper.
