The public will not suffer from weeding out a long time regime of corruption and theft. Sad that it took the Feds to bring this to light. Who I think should suffer is the MSP for for once. The more we dig.. the more of these troopers they find. I'm glad you are comfortable knowing that these people are the ones hired to protect you and are paid by you.

So cutting the Boston Police budget will weed out long time corruption and theft in the Massachusetts State Police.

I'm beginning to understand a lot more about the Boston electorate.

An elementary school teacher in Milford recently convicted for kiddie porn.

Let's cut the Boston school budget, because we can't have that here.

Exactly. Not the first time I've heard of a teacher getting caught with kiddie porn

Yet interestingly there are never calls to "defund the schools".

No never. People place teachers and nurses on a pedestal and think they all wear halos.

Yep, why would a cop divulge to anyone else that they stole overtime? Rachel Rollins is ruining the city of boston

They are both thankless jobs and absolutely deserve respect and good compensation (just like the police), but no they do not wear halos. Nobody does. Punish the bad actors and move on.

But when you hear members of Boston's electorate saying things like "cut the Boston PD's OT budget because a state trooper stole overtime", it's totally understandable how someone like her gets elected.
