TJ's has some some good pre-prepared fresh foods/meals, you just need to keep an eye on the expiration dates. They have some good frozen options for the occasional quick (albeit not very sodium healthy) meal. Some of their frozen deserts are great. Key lime cheesecake comes to mind. Their store-brand frozen mac and cheese is one of the best I've eaten since HoJo days. But not exactly the store I can do my food order at.

Ill have to try the key lime cheese cake. I am not a Mac and cheese guy have not eaten it in 15 years.

I have one close to me and only buy like 5 items when I go there. I almost never buy prepared foods either because I love to cook but Trader Joe's has some good Asian pre made frozen meals like beef and broccoli. I love thier frozen chicken wings.

It was 5:43 PM. 5:30 only comes once a day for me.
