Stuffed French Toast - big wow factor for being so easy to make.
or just regular toast/english muffin with cream cheese and jelly is delicious.

I was looking for Cinnamon rolls in a tube a few weeks ago and still have not seen them in stores. I will survive, but just one of those weird things.

Stuffed French toast is so good. I remember having it at Newcomb farms in milton for the first time and I was like, this is genius. French toast stuffed with cream cheese, jelly and banana. Topped with whipped cream.

That sounds like heaven. My cardiologist may have other thoughts.

I just got back from Big Y and I was able to get cat food and cream cheese. They must have had a delivery!

Thankfully, the cat lives to see another day.

My cat food comes on a FedEx van from Chewy. The cat eats better than I do. I just canceled the recurring order. I have 2 unopened cases plus remnants of a 3rd case so I’m adequately hoarded for the apocalypse. I used to buy it from the evil Bezos empire but the cans always arrived dented and exploded. Chewy puts a cardboard cap on the case and is more careful with packing material and box size. The warehouse is in Pennsylvania so shipping is fast. I haven’t bought cat food in a brick & mortar store in years.

My first world problem is I’m down to three cornichons in my last jar. Market Basket here in the 3rd world hasn’t had them for a couple of months. I also haven’t found Jarlesberg cheese there in a couple of months. Both items are permanently at the top of the shopping list on my iPhone.

I was reading that we might have the great potato famine here because PEI has a potato blight problem and a large fraction of our potatoes come from that corner of Canada.

The local Market Basket had Philly Cream Cheese this week, so I escaped the dreaded clutches of the cream cheese famine.

But whattaya gonna do in two weeks when you're out and having to crawl back to Big Cream Cheese for your next fix???

I've been substituting boursin cheese when the cream cheese is low.
